Beginning January 31, 2010, Kohl’s Department Stores replaced its Texas Workers’ Compensation coverage with a new benefit plan called the Kohl’s Texas Associate Accident Program (TAAP). All on-the-job injuries in Texas on or after January 31, 2010 are subject to the terms of this Program. This does not replace or affect your medical benefits through Kohl's.
We sincerely hope you never need to make a claim for benefits due to a work-related injury; however, if you are injured at work, you can rest assured that this valuable Associate Accident Program is available to protect you and your family.
